The client app
Built for people with a life outside the gym
iOS and Android. Follow the plan, log the food, and check in. Nothing else to learn.
Getting in
From invite code to first workout in a minute
You invent no password and fill in no forms. Enter your email, type the six-digit code, and your plan is waiting.
- Sign in with your email and a one-time code
- Your invite code links you to your coach
- You stay signed in, with the token held in secure device storage
Training
The whole program on a real calendar
Your plan resolves onto actual dates: training days, rest days, and the week of the block you are in. Tap a day for the session.
- Month view with training and rest days marked
- Day sheet with exercises, sets, reps, and the RPE your coach set
- Open-ended programs roll forward with no end date
Nutrition
Log food in a few taps
Daily totals and per-item entries, sitting against the targets your coach set. Log a whole day at once, or each meal as you eat it.
- Calories, protein, carbs, fat, and fiber, per day or per item
- Your coach’s targets and meal plan in the same tab
- The Today screen tracks intake against target as the day goes
Health data
You decide what you share
Homestead asks once after you sign in. Say yes and your phone syncs about once a day. Say no and nothing leaves the device.
- Reads from Apple Health or Health Connect, and writes nothing back
- Fitbit, Garmin, Samsung, and Strava data comes through those
- Blood pressure and fasting glucose reach us only if you type them in
- Withdraw from the profile screen with one tap, no reason needed
Every day
One screen for what you owe today
Your session, health goals, macros, and any check-in that has come due, worked out for today. Pull down to refresh.
- Today’s session with the first exercises previewed
- Step, hydration, and sleep progress against your coach’s goals
- A check-in appears the day it falls due
Homestead records what you log and shows it back to you and your coach. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or assess you. If a number worries you, talk to a doctor. What we hold, and how to take it back, is in the privacy policy.
